One Leg Balance

Working on balance helps your knees by stimulating the production of lubricant within the knee joint. Balance exercises fine-tune your proprioception (the brain’s interpretation of where your leg is in space). The more fine-tuned your receptors, the more lubricant (hyaluronic acid, or HA) you are able to produce.
